Vision

1. The goal of the children’s work is to prepare the firstfruits for the Lord’s return by saving the next generation out of this sinking age. The current of the world is flowing toward dissoluteness and evil, and it is enough to influence all our children. We need to keep our children from the temptation and influence of the world, that they may receive salvation.

2. The children’s work is to build up the children in their humanity that they may grow up to be proper human beings. Today, many young people have been damaged in their humanity because of the lack of a good character. For this need, the children’s work aims to build them up in their human character.

3. Our work is also to perfect and raise up parents who are entrusted with their children to cooperate with God for His move to cultivate and nurture their children in the Lord.

Spiritual Burdens

1. Nurture

   Perfecting the parents to shepherd their children by accompanying them to have morning revival, night prayer and practice a God-man living.

2. Cultivate

   Carrying out children’s meeting so that children can be vital members in spreading the gospel among the children and parents.

3. Educate

   Perfecting through the weekly gatherings through the teaching of the truth according to the level of the children, and building up companionships among the children.

Where we meet

The children meet at the following locations:

• Zone 1 – Serangoon (Saturday, 4:00 PM)

• Zone 2 – Bukit Panjang (Saturday, 4:00 PM)

• Zone 3 – Redhill(Saturday, 4:00 PM)

• Zone 4 – Simei (Lord’s day, 11:00 AM)

• Zone 5 – Admiralty (Lord’s day, 10:00 AM)

Activities

For this we arrange the children into five levels and have a progressive curriculum put in place for each level:

• Level 1 – for ages 3-4

• Level 2 – for ages 5-6

• Level 3 – for ages 7-8

• Level 4 – for ages 9-10

• Level 5 – for ages 11-12

The following subjects are covered:

• Character

• God Creation

• Man in God’s Creation

• The Ten Commandments

• Relationships in God’s Creation

• God’s Calling in the New Testament

• God’s Calling in the Old Testament

• The Truth and Experience of God’s Full Salvation

• Jesus Meets Man’s Need

Through these lessons, we expect the children to be gradually brought to salvation and to walk in the experience of the wonderful Christ in their youth.
